Terms & Conditions of Enrolment

1. Course Overview

The Course is designed to be completed over 6 weeks, with a maximum completion period of 6 months from enrolment. Participants are granted access to

all course materials upon initial payment.

2. Payment Terms

Upfront: $1,990 AUD or 6 x $355 AUD instalments. Payment plans are a binding commitment to the full fee. All payments must be made regardless of

course progress, participation, or withdrawal.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds are provided after enrolment due to immediate access to intellectual property and digital content. Withdrawal does not cancel payment

obligations. Exceptions are at the sole discretion of HIIT Academy.

4. Course Access & Completion

Access is valid for 6 months from enrolment. It is the participant’s responsibility to complete within this timeframe.

5. Extensions

Extensions may be granted in cases of medical illness with a valid medical certificate. Approval is at the discretion of HIIT Academy.

6. Support

Participants receive access to a Head Trainer, weekly check-ins, and support via email and scheduled calls. Engagement is the responsibility of the

participant.

7. Certification

Certification is issued only upon completion of all modules, assessments, and full payment of fees.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials remain the property of HIIT Academy and must not be copied, reproduced, or distributed.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants must engage respectfully. HIIT Academy reserves the right to remove participants for misconduct without refund.

10. Liability

Participation is at the individual’s own risk. HIIT Academy is not liable for injury, loss, or damages.

11. Privacy

Information is handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws and used only for course delivery and communication.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

13. Agreement

By enrolling, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including full financial commitment.
